Green Festival®’s Expo is America’s largest and longest-running sustainability and green living event, announced that environmental organizations and local New York community groups will join the new Activism and Advocacy Pavilion at the Javits Convention Center June 10-11.


This will be the first time New Yorkers have an opportunity to utilize the environmental activism platform at the Green Festival to mobilize hundreds of green businesses, sustainable living brands and thousands of attendees and potential supporters. Green Festival New York is to kick off with the Farm Sanctuary’s Plant-Powered Run featuring a timed 10K Race, an untimed 5K Fun Run, a Kids Run and a Walk for Farm Animals, beginning at Pier 84 and ending at the Javits Center. In addition, Green Festival Expo New York welcomes first time exhibitors and sponsors GoMacro, COCO-MAT, Tyku Sake and Kia, an industry leader in green car technology, which will be offering exclusive onsite test drives of its EcoDynamics line of vehicles

The 2017 Green Festival Expo will be held in the Main Hall of the Javits Center

Location: West 34th Street and the West Side Highway, adjacent to the northern end of one of the city’s most sustainable landmarks, New York City’s High Line.

Doors Open: Saturday, June 10 through Sunday at 5pm.

Directions: The best subway stop is the newly added 34th St, Hudson Yards station, located right next to the Javits Center.

Youths: 16 years old and under are granted free admission.

Cyclists: Ride your bike to the expo will also have free admission to the show.
