Among all the festivities and discussion panels, we had the chance to try new products like the refreshing premium low calorie, Gluten Free Vodka by Got Attitude Vodka; and delicious Medium Dry Sparkling Hard Cider by NY Apples of Kaneb Orchards Raquette River plus the tasty dressings made from Burdock and Sesame seed, onion, sour sauce, vinegar, sugar and miso by Graziemille. Many waited patiently for the 3 different salmons especially the chipotle of the Honey Smoked Fish Company.
