Hey Everyone,

It has seriously been a long minute since I put some words on this site of mine. I will do another post on what went down with me, but for now, I am happy to be back and actually today is my first day back to work! LOL. Thanks to the Universe.

I get a ton of people ask me about my “youthful look”. How do I get that glow? What is my skincare regimen? or What am I doing to look so young? etc. etc…

I can only give credit to the Universe-Creator and my parents FIRST. Now beyond this I had to really take a look at what I’m doing on a daily. Because I wasn’t really paying attention. This is just natural at what I do, if you know what I mean.

Let me answer this, having a facial glow means an essence or energy that exudes from the inside to the outside. Not the other way around.

How you think and feel is just as important as what you eat and the products you use.

Now, I know most or maybe even some who are reading this may think ” ah here we go again, another mindset exercise” But It really isnt only a mindset, but an emotion too.

How you feel the skin reacts to. Such as when you are mad, your face shows it. Or when you are happy, the skin glows like a sun and also one exudes a warmth that pulls others to you.

So can you imagine focus on feeling good. Tap into the positive emotions of happiness, joy, love, excitement.

I love landscapes. They make me feel beautiful, connected, free as if I can fly and  it automatically places a smile onto my whole being including my face, that I beam with light.

Try the following tips and let me know your results via a video response or comment below this article!

Here are 3 tips for getting that glow:

  1. Be or sit in stillness. No TV. or any type of distraction. Release all anguish, anger, negativity. Anything that is troubling you or making you feel down. Just release it in this moment. This can take hours and several tries. Sometimes Ill do a whole day of silence which I call a Silence Sabbatical.
  2. Laugh. Laugh. Laugh.
  3. Breathe Deeply in and out. Oxygen is very key to helping the skin. Then after, massage the face upwards to stimulate the blood after all that deep breathing. Do 10 to 20 deep breathes.
