Summer My BODY!

NL ART in NYC this SUMMER – Join The Movement @ http://www.NajaamLee.com
In my last post I spoke on getting that beach body for the summer.
I’m going to be revealing some things I am doing to get my body into great shape and strength. Strength is more important to me because I lack energy throughout my entire day. So I want to be a ” Lean Machine” so to speak. I started officially this week my Body Fit program and its been pretty good so far. But, I don’t want to say too much, I want to show ya’ll in the next few weeks. Stay tuned for that because I will do show you guys on the Hey Naj Show!
What are you doing to get into that one-piece or two-piece bathing suit this summer? If you haven’t started a workout regimen, I encourage you to start today. I find that working out and eating clean really makes you feel good and have more focus.
Excuses do not fit into health, seriously. A small step of action actually changes the cells in the body. And if you take a small step of action daily, you can change your body significantly. The alignment of mind and body = PHYSICAL RESULTS that introduces a change of lifestyle.
So I’m creating a space for all of us to Summer My Body this quarter. Its the final week of March, then April kicks in. My goal is June 1, 2014 to see results and I will explain further my goals in the next post.
Let’s take ACTION!
What are you doing to Summer Your Body??? Tell us in the Comment Box below.
